A brief goes out one week before: pick a workflow from the NI AI strategy's own list, do what you can in a week, and come show it. Demos, slides, problems you know from the inside, or just curiosity - all count. Real numbers beat polish, failures welcome, no judgement.
A two-day customer-discovery sprint (16–17 September 2026) run by Queen's inQUBate with Techstars Belfast, Venture Folk, Ormeau Labs and the AI Collaboration Centre. Teams move from idea to customer insight: identify customers, test assumptions, prototype and pitch. Ten finalist teams progress to an eight-week Phase 2. For Queen's graduates and postgraduates with a business idea gaining traction.
